Our search specialists will locate information from anywhere in the United States, utilizing the most complete and up-to-date resources available. Your search requests may be faxed, mailed or e-mailed to Hill-Donnelly with the results sent back within 48 hours of receipt.
There is no monthly minimum billing with this service. Individual searches are billed at the following rates:
| Address Search | $3 for target address and neighbors | $2 for each additional screen |
| Telephone Search | $1 for target listing | $1 Neighbor information |
| Name Search | $3 for first screen of matching names | $2 for each additional screen |
Volume discounts available on per search fees.
All unsuccessful attempts are billed at $.25 each.
Input Guidelines
Hill-Donnelly will provide a master copy of the search request form to your organization. Completed search request forms may be faxed or mailed to Hill-Donnelly with the results faxed or mailed back within 48 hours of receipt.
Output Guidelines
The results returned to your organization will be a "print screen" of information. The exact details and display of the "print screen" will vary by region of the country and search type. Sample output results are available upon request.

An initial $25 payment is required for your subscriber fee. Hill-Donnelly will bill you for your search activity based on the frequency of your usage of the program. The minimum billing period will be monthly.
